Our Policies

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled, changed, or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service. Please note that we will be requesting credit card details to secure your booking.

ARRIVAL

We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, we will do our very best to accommodate your full service if you arrive late. However, you will be charged in full for your service regardless. You are responsible for and will be charged the full-service fee.

CELL PHONES, PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES, AND CAMERAS

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and relaxing treatment. Please help us by turning off cell phones, personal electronic devices, and cameras upon entering the treatment room.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are an excellent way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Certificates can be purchased at the front desk. Gift Certificates are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift certificates expire six months after the day of purchase. All sales are final.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included and are encouraged. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to a gratuity to your service provider. Gratuities are accepted in cash only

GROUPON POLICY

Groupon is for NEW clients only.

Groupon CAN NOT be combined with other rewards programs (Brilliant Distinctions or Aspire Rewards) membership pricing or additional discounts.

If you are an established client or had any service or purchased a Groupon once before, you MAY NOT use a Groupon again.

Please read in full the fine prints in Groupon Vouchers before purchasing as we will NOT be liable for Groupons that are bought and not accepted by our practice if outside of our policies.

Groupon is the merchant, and Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine is the Vendor. For Customer Service issues, please refer to Groupon Customer Service Department.

If you purchased a second Groupon, please contact Groupon for a refund. All refunds are administered through Groupon.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. Please inform your service provider if you are pregnant as some of our products might not be used while pregnant. Please note that Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine cannot perform treatments on women in their first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests are required to be 18 years or older to receive treatments or utilize the spa facilities. Children under 18 enjoying services must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards, and Care Credit. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within seven days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Certificates
