What is Dysport?
Dysport is an FDA-approved prescription injection used for temporarily improves the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. Dysport is made from purified protein called (botulin toxin type A) same protein as Botox which is non-invasive injectable neuromodulators, with a long safety profile and effectiveness relaxing the underlying muscle which contribute to wrinkles and fines lines. It is very effective to correct the signs of aging such as: facial wrinkles, crow’s feet, deep furrows in their brows, forehead creases.
Choosing the Right Treatment Areas
Upon consultation, the provider will evaluate the most appropriate area for the treatment in order to get the results that are right for you. Medical history will be discussed with you as well, and whether you have any health conditions or allergies that could interfere with your treatment. The procedure takes 10-20 minutes. What are the possible side effects?
Side effects are usually mild and temporary. The most common side effects are nose and throat irritation, headache, injection site pain, bruising in the treated area, eyelid swelling, eyelid drooping, sinus inflammation, and nausea.
