Mesotherapy, also known as lipodissolve, is an injectable treatment meant to target unwanted fat. It is used for body contouring, targeting cellulite and localized fat deposits.
Mesotherapy injections work by dissolving fatty tissue over the several weeks following treatment. Patients may expect to experience some minimal swelling for the following days/weeks after treatment, and have between 1-15 treatments to reach their desired results.

KYbella
The active ingredient in Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid. When injected into the fatty areas, Kybella destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
PCDC
Like Kybella, the generic brand of PCDC targets subcutaneous fatty deposits by dissolving fat cells over several weeks. It can be used in any or all of the following areas: the sides of the abdomen, front of the abdomen, thighs, upper arm, chin, neck, infraorbital (fat pad below the eyes), buttock area, area between bra straps and underarms, above the knee. The "off label" use of this treatment works as a more affordable, non-invasive alternative to surgery.
